Order Processing & Delivery
We understand you need your supplies quickly. Once your payment reflects, we aim for next-day delivery for all orders within our service area. Please note that orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Local Delivery (Cape Town & Surrounds)
We are proud to serve the Cape Town and surrounding areas with our convenient delivery service.
- Delivery Fee: There is a flat R80 delivery fee for all orders under R750.00.
- Free Delivery: We offer free local delivery for all orders of R750.00 or more.
Collections
For orders outside of the Cape Town and surrounds delivery area, or if you prefer to collect, you can do so once your order has been paid in full and is ready. Please wait for our confirmation that your order has been packed and is ready for collection before you arrive.

Returns Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at Orders@innsupply.co.za. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods (like some snacks or beverages), custom products, or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
